Instructions:

Row 1: 12 sc in foundation; ss to joinRow2: ch1 (in next sc, make (sc, ch1, sc), sc in next sc) around, join w. ss

Row 3: ch5 between 2dc bobbles made into ch'sRow4: 7dc on each 5ch, (dc, ch1, dc) in ea. bobble

Row 5: 7 ch between (dc, ch1, dc) in ch's

Row 6: bobble in ea ch with15 ch betweenRow 7: 18 dc in 15ch; (dc, ch1,dc) in bobble

Cut after Row 10 and attach w. sc at 1st dc after 5ch.

Row 11: ch3, dc in next 2dc, hdc in dc, (ch 4, sc in dc , 9sc in 7ch w. 2 picots, sc in dc, ch 4;

 skip 5ch and hdc in next dc,

Turn   (note color change in diagram)

ch 13, picot in 4th ch from hook, ch 9

ss in last hdc, ch 3, sc in 1st dc of 3

Turn
