For this picture, I used a padding cord on the last green row and the outermost row, and made a chain "long enough" for a hanger.
Where the symbol for sc sits on the symbol for hdc, make the sc where the hdc foot is.
Instructions for Bourbon Rose:
Row1: 8sc in foundation
Row4: sc between ea pair of sc in Row 3, ch 4 between; (keep 4ch behind 3dc petals)
similar for rows 6, 8, 10
Cut after join in row 12
Row13: attach in middle of 5ch; sc in mid 5ch, ch13 between
Note that chains behind petals will push petals forward.
